Our Favorite Places
Our perfect weekend in Baltimore
Friday – Take the free harbor connector to Locust Point for your morning off with a latté from Order & Chaos coffee. Take a stroll through Federal Hill Park for the best view of Baltimore City. Little Havanas is our go-to food spot on that side of the water if you get hungry. For dinner, grab a bite to eat at delicious Verde Pizza, go for a cocktail at the Kenwood Tavern, and end the night singing karaoke over at the Waltz Inn. If you’re looking for a more low-key evening after dinner at Verde, a trip to BMore Licks for ice cream is a must.
Saturday – Start the morning off with a walk along the water to grab some caffeine and a pastry from Pitango Bakery. After fueling up, walk a block to the Fell’s Point farmers market in Broadway Square to sample a treat from each stand – the mini donuts are our favorite. End the morning with brunch at Barcocina with the most delicious tacos & the best waterfront view in town. Some of our favorite shops to browse in Fells Point are The Seasoned Olive, Sound Garden, Poppy and Stella, and Su Casa.
Sunday – If you’re not full from your weekend of eating out, Kneads Bakeshop & Café has great beverage options and dine-in and take-out breakfast. Peruse the shops in Harbor East such as the Under Armour Brand House or Lovesac if you need to rest your feet. Pulling up a barstool at Pickles Pub to watch the Orioles game would be the perfect way to end the weekend. 🙂
